Kid was 13-21 last season and 3-6 so far this season on FGs.
Better than what he got? Sure, but certainly there are better ones out there who will be in the portal eventually.

Yeah...seems like "I'm redshirting" is the new quiet quitting before the portal opens. Just a phrase people can use to avoid criticism. Like the coach who is going to "spend more time with family" only to take new job somewhere else.
