It appears Texas A&M is ready to part ways with Jimbo Fisher after six years.

They will owe him $76 million and when factoring in his staff, the move will likely cost A&M $100 million. It would appear they owe Fisher around $36 million within 60 days and the remainder over the remaining term of his contract.

Boise State has fired football coach Andy Avalos after a 22-14 mark in two-plus seasons, with Spencer Danielson being tabbed as interim coach.

Boise State has fired head coach Andy Avalos. Avalos went 22-14 in three seasons. The team is 5-5 this year and in danger of the program's first losing season since 1997.

Dabo said he'd quit if players got paid like a decade ago, so I think not great. He seems like the last candidate who would actually want to TAMU job. So I personally think any interest that's being made public is to remind Clemson fans of their place in the world without him

Clemson would go back into the cellar without Dabo. Most of their fans enjoy the lake life there too much anyway.

The Dabo hire feels like the exact same hire that Jimbo was. Former championship winner on the decline as parts of the game start to pass him by.
