Good. The pace of play is absurdly long for many college football games these days. Incomplete pass clock stoppages also need to be addressed (perhaps only used in the last few minutes of each half).
Pretty soon it will be the commercials that are programmed into the schedule and every once in awhile they will break away to show us 30 seconds of the game.
Why I watch rapidly decreasing amounts of other teams' games. Not worth the time without recording to be able to skip at least some of the commercials.
This won't impact the game too much. White hats basically eliminated this several years ago when they'd restart the clock when the Center Judge or Umpire had possession of the ball for the next snap. Not when ball and chains were set. We are winding the clock around 3-5 seconds after a first down, not the 5-8 seconds if done by chains and ball set. Same for out of bounds plays.
