You think that’s bad… 95% of the attendees are women, and can easily devolve into arguments over semantics that totally miss the big picture goal of the meeting.
I usually spend most of the time doing HR crap, meeting prep work for my team, and making the updates resulting from those calls.

Mrs. Bomber was the Food Services mgr at our local hospital when I first met her 32 yrs ago. She oversaw somewhere between 35-40 employees, of which all but two were women.

To this day she remains adamant that working with a covey of women like that will shorten any manager’s life expectancy. Lots of immature, unprofessional nitpicking, backstabbing and just general bullshit. Ugh…..🤮
