Illinois sounds more desperate than us.
FSU was budget strapped to the extent they couldn't afford Colandrea and had to go with a cheaper guy.
How long will Knighton be there? My guess is that it's MLTN that this is Knighton's last year.
He'd be better off with Fat Bert and Terrance Jamison. But since it's Keona, I'll predict Florida St.

Yeah it seems like most of the team still buys into what Rhule is selling and/or enjoy how good they have it in Lincoln.

This. I think lost in all the “we have the money to get who we want” stuff is the fact that paying our own players’ renegotiated contracts likely takes up a substantial proportion of our budget.
I think Rhule also likes taking an older school approach to paying players that he recruited to stay vs. new batches of one-and-dones.
I think they also have a lot of guys grandfathered in, so they haven't had to really push that many out.
Didn't really lose any of our high ceiling guys either. Was worried about guys like Shavers, CMills, and fuck that's all I can really think of.
Iwbh, we probably spent a fairly large chunk of our big boy money on retaining our guys. That's likely why we appeared to be bargain bin shopping in the portal for everything but OL and QB
I think in a four man front and with another year of S&C, natural maturation and training table meals, he’ll be a good player.
So after all that basically status quo for the overall roster.
