Transfer portal rankings once you get past the big names is all BIG ON3/Rivals Propaganda. Just looked and Davila was 20 spots higher than Trinidad Chambliss in QB rankings
They put pretty much zero effort into portal rankings on players.
yeah, this guy might be 986 but you could honestly argue he should be as high as 850.
