Seems like it should have been a day one, tampering if needed to get your guy or guys situation for two years now. Not having a DL coach in place for those two years has probably not helped either.
Sometimes not having a strategy is just crazy enough to be a strategy.

I don't know why I can't get it to blow up, but it says he gets the 5mil, one time 10 mil signing bonus and 1% oil revenue royalty.
