I think he will get another year because of that stupid extension. That was one of the dumbest moves. Our AD got played.

For the next staff it appears we have top money to spend so I would think we could do better from that aspect. As to NIL I think we’re at least $10-$15mm off the pace maybe even $20mm. If rules don’t change the boosters will have to pony up to have any chance at a good staff and to get reasonable talent in. I think our AD and boosters are to bitch and dumb to do it. “Well TO had a clean program and won. Let’s just build better facilities and the boys will out work the other teams”

If NIL isn’t funded at a high level it really doesn’t matter who we bring in as we won’t have the dudes to consistently compete. I would think we would struggle to attract a good staff with poor NIL in a situation where we need to over pay for at least a few years to win.
