Well shit.
I was hoping they’d step on their dicks when it comes to hiring coordinators. Instead they hire two top notch guys.

Mormon Super Staff is gonna be an interesting experimentAlmost like hiring wittingham was an absoloute home run
I mean yea if you pick off the best of BYU and Utah’s staff and give it Michigan resources, that’s super scary.Mormon Super Staff is gonna be an interesting experiment
What are the odds we replace Rhule with another career .500 coach? 100%?I mean yea if you pick off the best of BYU and Utah’s staff and give it Michigan resources, that’s super scary.

They’ll soak the shit out of them.So I’m not sure if they end up humping fewer Michigan Co-Ed’s, or try for all of them.
Might be must see TV.
I have a hard time seeing this working with NW's talent level
What the heck is NW doing? Assembling some kind of all-star offensive staff?

Since hiring Bob Devany, Nebraska football has only hired one (1) head football coach with CFB head coaching experience and a winning record at the D-1 level. What are the odds we replace Rhule with another career .500 coach? 100%?

Sadly, that was Mike Riley who barely stepped over the .500 winning threshold.
We routinely fail to go after the very top coaches in the sport. Not the “best available”, but the top guys. Make #1 say “no”, then move on to #2, etc. It’s exasperating to watch.
Interesting move here. Back to KState after 3 seasons in Illinois.
What does he coach?
How do we know that’s not what happened?Make #1 say “no”, then move on to #2, etc. It’s exasperating to watch.
