Just to read too much into things, but this was posted about 15 minutes after Hudson posted his “should I commit to N?” tweet.
Towey, who works in the recruting department, posted his minutes later. Right after retweeting Hudson’s post.

Trae’s really gonna end up being everything we wanted Raoila to be, isn’t he?
I've been on the Trae Train, saying that he's potentially the most important recruit for Nebraska since at least 2000. He's done everything that DR could have if he'd committed earlier.
There's something to be said about consistency that gets lost in the "immediate satisfaction" era that college football has become. The long term is still unclear, but in the short term, as evidenced by the Hudson recruitment, the ADs decision to stand pat with Rhule during one of the craziest coaching carousels I can ever remember was an outstanding move. Its gonna pay dividends in the 27 class for sure.
