They lean a lot to HS rankings on transfers as well.
They don’t want to grade players substantially worse or it makes them look like they were wrong

On3 also claims their's is the best at projecting NFL draft order. Their top 10 QBs (they have DR at 93, though, a big drop from his rating out of high school). Three former Michigan St QBs in that top 10.
Minchey from Notre Dame is really, really interesting IMO. Dana offered him at UH in 2022.
Also seems more current
I'd argue the top 4 is crazy. Minchey has thrown 29 total passes in 3 years.
He's going to be a good QB somewhere. Not his fault he got stuck behind a 2026 heisman finalist
