I think Stoops would be a good coach at Penn State. Defense would be legit. Would need a good to great OC, but damn if KY doesn't usually cause multiple injuries for UGA almost every year. They play tough and mean despite talent they were able to bring in. His biggest issues at KY were getting a capable QB. When they've had one theiy upset teams and punched above their weight, something Franklin wasn't doing. It won't happen of course, but if coaches keep getting "retained" at their current schools then

Also, if Huskers could get Stoops as DC would be great on that side of ball. I have no problem on that side in Athens in any capacity. Hopefully we could get him in as analyst working with Champ.Stoops?
