Without seeing the list, this means he’s in the same top 8 as Mike Rozier, Ahman green, Ameer, Lawrence Phillips - talking SEASONS that could be the whole list?

He improved from ‘24 to ‘25 on the things I said were keeping him from being considered elite.
I don’t know if it was hard work, physical and mental maturation or both, but he won me over.

I would add in that our OL run blocking was improved. However Emmett did a lot on his own and he will be missed if he leaves this year. I would be very surprised if he stays.

Yea,...wow...that's up there for a kid his size. He's elite, but he's going to need to find a team who wants to use him like they used Ameer...as a specialist. I'm not sure he survives in the NFL as an every down back. He would have to put on some serious weight for that. He's listed at 183, but I'd be suprised if he were that heavy. I mean J.J. Taylor is the lighest RB in the NFL now and he's 185, and he has elite exceptional speed that Emmett doesn't have.
I think he finds a roster, but 2nd round? Not seeing that.

Agreed, but his YAC was something else this year. He was a tough kid to tackle and he definitely earned my respect.
I also think he’s gone. His running ability is much improved, but his catching the ball out of the backfield is likely to give more GM’s a reason to put him on their board than anything else. Only holes in his game right now are elite speed and his blocking is still ass. The speed thing is what it is, but with how he’s improved the other areas of his game, he can improve on blocking and I’ll never say he can’t do anything again.

Agreed. I’d take a look at him in the 3rd, especially if a team has two picks in that round.
