I actually still like Rhule and feel like he could be a really good HC.
But man, if he's not firing people by next week, I'll lose confidence.
3-3-5 won't work unless you have a Robinson or Suh level player.
Having only one good running back on the team won't work.
Line play? Step that up.
Only develop coaches when you have other good coaches to help cover down. Having a developmental DC, DL, and LB coach with no real history of developing players is a recipe for a god-damn bad football team.
But man, if he's not firing people by next week, I'll lose confidence.

How many coaches he have to fire before you guys realize the problem is Rhule? Basically on his 2nd or 3rd hire at every position on his staff.

I’m not even sure if Rhule should be fired, but in about five minutes he’ll walk to the podium, say, this loss is on me talk about how we 'we were ready' and then go home without an ounce of job insecurity. No real urgency. No consequence. Just autopilot accountability.

Because firing head coach after head coach has worked. We finally got a HC who does make changes though.

With these last 2 games the $30 million to get the roster we need just became $60 million. A lot of doors just shut today I’m afraid. Next year will be a clown show.

By what criteria is Cockeye below average? If you listed the 130 programs in division 1 they likely are somewhere in the 30s.

I fully believe it’s the coordinator positions.
Whoever got Rhule to hire Ekler needs to help Rhule with the other positions.
Let’s not give Will Compton too much power
