How we grading him? His development of players? His recruiting? Does he deserve more time or time to move on from him? What ye say?

Well, he used to be a D- and now he’s like maybe C- 🤷‍♂️ So, there’s that I guess, yeah…

He took the worst line in college football with 0 depth in the room, improved them into a below-average room, then into an okay room, then regressed into a below-average room.

The depth he's built in the room has been quite good, the development has been meh overall but with a couple nice success stories. Seems to recruit pretty well and we've gotten good results out of most portal guys.

IOL has been okay, tackles have been bad.

I think when you grade his results based on what he started with he's done better than most people give him credit for, but he hasn't done anything to show me he's very good/elite. I'm good with whatever Rhule decides on him.

I don’t think he’s amazing but takes way too much heat for things that aren’t his fault.

Dana/Dylan are probably responsible for more sacks this year than the o-line. Early in the year Dana was calling way too many intermediate/deep concepts out of an empty set. And Dylan’s movement in the pocket has been really bad at times.

Not to say Donnie isn’t at fault for some of it but there’s only so much coaching you can do when you have unathletic white guys alone on the edge, blocking for a qb that doesn’t move well in the pocket.
