Actually, it makes sense because the ACC and Big 12 coaches are trying to rank more of their teams than they would have in a pre Playoff selection World.

Pollsters have delicate egos and don’t want to admit their preseason rankings were wrong. Let’s hope these rankings don’t affect the true poll that will be released in three weeksND ranked so high with two losses.
