They threw their Ace Liam Peterson but he was roughed up. ECU’s ace Norby is no slouch though, beat Coastal Carolina this season throwing 7 1/3 innings allowing 0 runs with 19k’s.

Don’t understand the hate on espn+. It allows for a TON of college sports to be televised that never would be without it!

It's the add-on cost while ESPN is already the most expensive cable channel by a country mile. And uses huge swaths of its programming for talk shows, random dudes yelling at each other, and generally filled with the low-budget, low-demand programs in its inventory, while pushing more of the interesting programs to the streaming platform to shake down the dedicated fans.
Today during the Husker baseball game, there will be an NFL Live, Pardon the Interruption, and 2 identical SportsCenter shows. ESPNews has a day full of rerun shows. They're currently broadcasting the same game on ESPN2 as they're airing on their SEC network.
I don't hate there being a streaming option for additional sports, but it's all very deliberately structured to be exploitive.

SEC contract with ESPN. They're going to promote their conference for as much exposure/revenue as possible.
They won't do it for any other conference, except maybe the ACC.
And it's exactly what FOX should be doing with the B1G during the regular season. But instead, BTN would rather show a 1997 lacrosse game 3 times on any given Friday, rowing that draws 175 viewers on Saturday's & 1982 Northwestern replays on Sunday's while FOX's 4 channels choose dog shit programming.
One network grows their partners brand, while the other doesn’t give a flying fuck.

I’ve had it free through Verizon for like 10 years but the option before espn+ was just probably not being able to watch these games? I’d much rather atleast have the option to pay to watch them.
