Worst game to attend. Not only did I have to deal with Cockeye fans in the brutal cold, but also had to try to figure out a way to fish 3 inches of meat through 6 inches of layered fabric at the urinals. Not easy to do, made quite a mess
As a purely neutral and rational observer, I think the lack of respect comes less from the fact you beat Texas, and more from the fact you got your cheeks waxxed by Notre Dame and Ole Miss, and also got beat by the worst Alabama team in a decade+
Fair enough. I called the Bama loss. Predicted 41-13 embarrassment because we couldn’t score at a Hellen Keller convention last year. Our QB was a soft as dinner rolls and we couldn’t run the ball all season. We still rolled Texas and they will get spanked again. We played all those games on the road last year. We have them all at home this year.
My thoughts exactly20+ years of middling football still tells me 7–5 at best, until it actually happens.
