This will be a total ratings disaster. Sure the fans of the teams playing will watch some, but not in a percentage of the fanbase close to a regular season conference game. The general basketball fan who has made their wives watch basketball for four days straight will be forced to watch the voice tonight, not two mediocre teams that they don't care about.To make it even more peak Nebraska Basketball is it could be the final season of both tournaments. The Diamond Head Classic has already been cancelled because no blue blood basketball programs want to participate, which prompted ESPN to pull out. And I have a sneaking suspicion the Crown tournament is going to be colossal disaster for Fox and FS1.
And we all know the crowds at the MGM Garden Arena will look like this:

I completely agree. I love college basketball, but the only Crown games I'm watching are the games Nebraska plays in. Once Nebraska is eliminated or if Nebraska wasn't in this tournament I'm not watching.
