Official 2025 Nebraska Cardiac Beaver Slayers Baseball Thread - (29-27) - Huskers walk off MSU in the bottom of the 10th, play Oregon on Friday
Overbeek hammered the ball to the track - The issue is that he hit it to the deepest part of the park.
Swanson worked a 3-1 count and popped up to left
Broombaugh doesn't appear to be seeing the ball well today at all despite getting a hit in his last AB. Some ugly swings from him today. He grounded out softly to 2b.
Broombaugh gets handcuffed between going and trying to make a play and playing the ball on a hop. He does neither and UCLA have two on in scoring position and one out.
As you would have it, the next guy singles and this game is tied because our guy in center cant do the easy shit.
Huskers had some activity that inning. Nothing doing as Bolin strikes out.
Stone hit a ball that would have been a hit had the shift not been on for him.
Jesske hit one hard to SS and Cholowsky made a great play to get him.
Frost hit a frozen rope through the middle.
Carey did as well that Cholowsky found a way to keep close.
Bolin struck out.
Clark makes a very ill-advised throw to 3rd on a bunt. Initial call is out. UCLA is reviewing. I haven't seen a replay yet. The throw was certainly bad. Im not sure if Overbeek held the bag.
