They should come up with a name for that role
Greg really set a high bar.

Just listening to them through out the year. So far they just aren't very good. Especially Nick? I think that his name. He's rough to listen to

Edit: I thought we were talking about the radio guys. But anyway my statement is still true.

I was actually going to suggest on the board that this move get made. Walsh was great against Washington and he seems like the best option at the moment to get you 6 innings or more.

50% of Horn’s earned runs have come in the first inning of games this year. If he could give us more in the first inning I think he’d go deeper in games.

Can’t be going to the bullpen in Game 1 in the 4th or 5th inning each series.

Weird how a team that averaged less than 2,000 fans can have facilities like this. (4,400 for us)

Last I looked we were #11... Behind 10 SEC teams

Edit: looks like we passed one of those SEC teams

So we’ve got a population that wants a good baseball team and a very solid natural recruiting market.

The state wants baseball and thus far two ADs have failed to give baseball what it needs to elevate.

Make no mistake, baseball is in good shape. But nobody wants the ceiling for this program to be region play.

Give us what we want Dannen.

Team knows how to win midweek games, we are unstoppable now

I always thought baseball could be like volleyball because of some of the things you say. State cares about it (evidenced by attendance ranking) and we have good local talent just like volleyball does. But we've struggled, and the only two conclusions I can come up with is:

1) The B1G rules/regulations or whatever else keep us from keeping up. But I haven't kept up with those things since Erstad left, so maybe we are more on par with SEC/ACC now?

2) NIL compared to our volleyball and then the SEC/ACC schools. I feel pretty confident our volleyball girls get more per player than baseball. But unsure of some of the other details.
