We clearly have a bad vulnerability in the defense against RPOs. Hoped we’d cleaned it up after Illinois, but looked even worse. The offense doesn’t have its sea legs good enough to carry the team when they’re making mistakes like the KO and fumble.

it doesn't happen to coaches who go on to win big.
coaches who are successful in the long term don't get embarrassed like this in year 2. this is a gigantic red flag telling us that Rhule's vision is a failure and needs a massive adjustment in multiple areas

Maybe not a lot, but it happens. Nick Saban got dogwalked several times at MSU, for example. Like, every year there he had at least one, and usually multiple games like that - even in his 5th season there when he went 10-2 after 4 seasons of barely getting bowl eligible.
