Somebody needs to steal Drinkwitz from Mizzou. We can't have this guy run a successful program.

Mizzou's biggest booster is the Walmart heiress & husband. They paid for their new basketball arena several years ago.
I have a friend w Misery connections and he said that the Mizzou boosters have told Drinkwitz "money is not an object." So they could have EASILY outbid Ole Miss for Lacy. And appears they did.
The interesting thing about Mizzou is they seem to be paying high $$ to HS kids whereas a lot of other HCs are kind of souring on that at this point. Mizzou has an almost endless source of NIL $$$ that the rest of the SEC is kind of sleeping on.
