This is a serious question...I don't want to continue working where I work, and my boss doesn't want me to return in August for a new contract. But should I unfollow people on social media like Richard has done? And if so, why?

I'm with you on this. The only thing I can think of is that maybe he wants the likelihood that he's moving on to be obvious and public. Just get it out there.

But otherwise I'd think it makes sense to act like business as usual. Once something is done, you can't undo it so keeping things close to the vest to provide more options might be a smarter play?

I actually saw someone mention on Twitter that Smith may be one of Minnesota’s top candidates to replace Pitino.

I would hire smith over Miles. The X’s and O’s Took a noticeable dip once he moved on and he’s had some nice teams at Utah State.
