I had a safety guy run over my extension ladder that had a bend in it with a bull dozer after he gave me a prior warning to get it off the job. I could only laugh when he was doing it.

Someone would have had to restrain me if my teenage son acted like this. I sincerely hope this is staged.
Even my 6 year old knows better than to throw a fit on the floor. That is one thing I do not let fly in my presence... Ever.
