Had a great grandma from Holyoke. Funeral was in July. I thought I was going to burst into flames it was so fucking hot. It's straight desert there.

I haven't been in the town for at least 20 years, but I distinctly remember it being the only place I've ever been that literally had tumbleweeds rolling down the main street like some old western.

That stretch of I-76 from Fort Morgan to Julesburg feels like it takes forever just a whole lot of nothing. Easily the worst part of the drive back I'm always relieved when I finally make it to the Nebraska border.

Are you a 21 year old? What is going out to you? There are a lot of good breweries and bars and a great whiskey bar or two in Boulder. The recreation is nearly impossible to beat.
