He bought it in March. Homes here in Phoenix have been selling for well over market. Our home appreciated 150% since we bought in 2014. Crazy market. Good time to sell here but not to buy.

I believe that they gutted the whole thing after buying it. If I recall right, they didn't move in until well after a year after purchasing it.
