How long would you need to be cuffed for your last resort be to call the police?
Like Amazon prime could be 2 days to get a cuff key. There surely has to be somebody locally that has them.

That would be an option, but I imagine you could buy an extra pair of hand cuffs and get the key. That way you save the embarrassment of more people knowing.
