We pay her over a million per year????? That is absolutely insane.

Agree, and she seems not be regressing. I know she has a good recruiting class coming in, but that is nuts.

I'm just curious what we should actually do... we are really never going to make money there if they are going to the NCAA Tournament and still losing that much coin. So what do we do? Do you pay a good coach what she would command elsewhere and just say "we are going to lose money on this" or do you just grab lower level D2 coaches that are making 125k and double their salary to come here and risk them jumping ship every few years if it works?

I lean towards rolling the dice on a lower coach. WBB isn't moving the needle and I'd be all for moving that money to VB. Keep them the top dog.
