Not every team can put together a roster composed if dudes who were at Indiana, James Madison, Maryland, and Texas State.
Unpopular take ‘round these parts but I actually am starting to like Cig. I absolutely hated him at first, the whole google me thing pissed me off. But after hearing them talk about when they are evaluating portal transfers how they value production over potential, well dang it, I’m starting to admire and respect what he’s doing.

Yeah, he’s not a bad guy. He’s just a bit aloof and arrogant. He deserves all of his success though because the guy works his ass off. It’s cool to see a guy realize this level of success at his age.
I’d say his turnaround of Indiana is much more impressive than what Snyder did at KSU. Snyder turned things around but never got his team to win at the level Indiana is. Indiana wasn’t KSU bad but KSU was rarely competitive against top teams and Snyder benefitted from the retirement of Switzer, Osborne, McCartney, etc. Cig is doing this in the nation’s best conference.
