This is also an example of why the sports agency industry is so fucked up. This guy representing both a player and coach on the same team is clearly conflicted. There are serious questions in my mind as to whether he had the player’s best interests in mind.
Man, what a mess. He could see a breach of fiduciary duty lawsuit at some point.

Nebraska is hosting Tawfiq Thomas, a 6'4", 305-pound defensive tackle entering the transfer portal from Colorado, to bolster their defensive line amid ongoing depth concerns after a 5-7 season in 2025.
Thomas, a former Louisville transfer with two seasons at Colorado (22 games, 4 tackles in 2025), represents immediate size and Big 12 experience, aligning with coach Matt Rhule's portal-focused rebuild that has yielded seven commitments already.
The visit coincides with Nebraska's pursuit of JUCO defensive lineman Andy Burburjia from Cockeye Western CC, highlighting a multi-pronged strategy to address front-seven needs before spring practices.

Tim says a couple visitors today

Nebraska's transfer portal strategy on Day 7 emphasizes defensive line depth after losing players like sophomore DL Keona Davis and Dylan Parrott, with aggressive recruitment of JUCO talents to address immediate needs under coach Matt Rhule.
Andy Burburjia, a 6'2", 295-pound Cockeye Western CC standout, emerges as a prime target for his disruptive interior presence, evidenced by his action photo capturing a tackle in Reivers uniform during a game.
The Huskers are also scouting an unnamed second JUCO DL while monitoring two Big Ten conference transfers for potential fits, reflecting broader conference reshuffling in the early 2026 portal window.

It’s the best way IMO because then you’ll also get agents who are approved like in the NFL to avoid predators and bad actors.

There also seems to be about 5 guys who run the entire market here.
I was looking up some of these “Agents” on Twitter and their profile pics make the majority of them look like douche bag Vegas and Miami bros.

Feldman said on the Audible that he understood the agent wasn’t involved in the decision to transfer - I think he said a family member instigated it.

No way this guy would burn Jedd Fisch. Fisch is going to make a fortune on his next deal.
Exactly. Staying with Fisch is the best move for this guy. Williams is a damn good QB and is gonna get paid well while hes in college. But hes not gonna be an NFL guy. Way too small. Fisch is an up and coming coach who's next deal will be a big one.

man I would hate to be an attorney. a contract is a contract unless it's not an enforceable contract, in that case it wasn't really a contract to begin with. the only time a contract is worth the paper it's printed on is when you're an assistant to the assistant defensive line coach for an nfl team, in which case you get sentenced to jail if you say you're taking another job in a few weeks. how do yall live like this?
