I know this is hyperbole but most of us just want to see us spend the market rate like other schools and not try to pinch every penny we have and end up with second-rate players. Which ultimately leads us back to how we got here in the first place.

(Update 1/6/26 2:15 p.m.) Update on Nebraska’s quarterback search
Multiple sources tell Inside Nebraska that UNLV transfer quarterback Anthony Colandrea is in Lincoln for his visit, the Huskers moved fast to get him on campus. Michigan State transfer Aidan Chiles is expected on campus later this evening and Missouri transfer Beau Pribula is also expected to visit in the very near future. Nebraska is wasting little time and is working to turn this around quickly after losing Kenny Minchey to Kentucky
