If I'm Cignetti, I'm staying right where I'm at and building a legacy. Why ruin a good thing?
Especially since he's at Indiana. It's not like they had anything remotely close to this previously. He can dip into 3-4 loss seasons, something you can't do at a traditional blue blood, and he's safe.
