I’m trying to figure out what sort of guy doesn’t fit into a Lane Kiffin “culture.” I would assume it’s just 3 stars.
There are likely young adult men who think Kiffin is as big a douche bag as I do.

The younger generation is in tune with "cutting the shit" than older people. My kids are 26 and 24 and acutely aware of facades. There are likely young adult men who think Kiffin is as big a douche bag as I do.
Anecdotally this is true and cannot be said about millenials or boomers. Gen X and zoomers are more alikeThe younger generation is in tune with "cutting the shit" than older people. My kids are 26 and 24 and acutely aware of facades.
Which flies in the face of the concocted videos you see everywhere - with presumably a majority created by younger people.

Ive employed about half zoomers and half millenials and the zoomers are way more aware of peoples' angles, are more blunt, and have a lesser tolerance for bullshit. They're almost always cynical about systems and institutions, generally
I would imagine that the NIL space is about as bullshit as it gets, so take that to its maximal limit

Who would be inspiring to you?Minchey is uninspiring
You also have to trust tea leaves are accurate from another team on him.Who would be inspiring to you?
My argument for Minchey… there were reports out of ND that he outplayed Carr and the players actually wanted Minchey to start. That says a lot to me.
Skillset wise, he’s a fit for what we want to do, too. Athletic enough to scramble and pick up some first downs (making it harder to man up against our WRs) but looking to pass first.
Guaranteed that NU has access to a ton of his practice film plus whatever game film he has from this year. You also have to trust tea leaves are accurate from another team on him.
He’s a complete unknown.
Adding Leonardo Da Minchey would be good by me.From former ND recruiting analyst, now national recruiting analyst:
