Click on your picture at the top and then preferences. From there you can go back to the old version and you can also turn off it asking for the app download.

I would like the new one a lot better if it were scaled down about 20%, it just seems a bit large otherwise.

I'm guessing if you were using some 4K monitor on pc it would be ok, but on normal HD size monitor it doesn't fit all that great.
