Cignetti would go to Bama. But Debeor won’t be going to Michigan.Tired of waiting for the ER news to drop and want to play hypotheticals with the current chaos.
Hypothetical: Daboer takes the Michigan job. Who’s coaching Bama next year?
My guess: Sark
Adding to the madness….who then goes to Texas?
Sherrone really upped the ante on this whole season.
Fair.Cignetti would go to Bama. But Debeor won’t be going to Michigan.
Cigs was on Saban's staff at Bama for several years (2007-10).Fair.
I honestly don’t see Cignetti leaving Indiana and I don’t see Bama hiring him if it comes open. From my understanding, Saban is an advisor and still decently involved in the program, I can’t envision Cigs taking advice from Saban.
Who do you think is going to Michigan?
Jedd Fisch.Fair.

I agree that Cigs is no go on Michigan. He seems like the type of guy that could be content where he's at and does not need a higher profile job. Plus he's making a ton of money there.Fair.

I see Indiana making it prohibitively expensive to poach him though
Agree on Cig, after this season he could average .500 for the next 5-10 years and IU will still build a statue of him before he steps down...and with what they're already paying him, why would he leave that?I agree that Cigs is no go on Michigan. I think Michigan goes with Fisch or Minter.
Barthel ain’t going to Texas
I wonder why Saban never tried hooking Cignetti up with decent head coaching job?Fair.
