I don't really care about Dittman personally. Part of the appeal of this board is the close knit group we have. The info people don't like shit getting blasted on Twitter 5 minutes after they/Garrett post it. That's why he got ran off. Anything posted here is going to get out but it happens at a much slower pace. Less likely to incriminate the person feeding it.

Whether that's meaningful or not is a moot point. They get nervous and when they get nervous they provide less information. Less information from them means less information for us.

The board isn't sensitive in general but it is sensitive about Dittman. Again whether that's reasonable or not is a moot point. It's just how it is.

You can continue to antagonize the board like a scream metal ring tone going off during an orchestra without sharing in the cost. Unlikely anybody is going to stop you. There's been very few bans. The few that have happened were usually rescinded pretty quickly.

I'd prefer you just let it go though.

If it was a situation where it was hurting people in any way shape or form I completely understand. If integrity was the criteria for building a brand in America we would have a hell of a lot less brands. Now if I have missed something and he is harming others with his comments then I stand corrected.

Downplaying something that clearly undermines the very site you're posting on is certainly a move.

You don't see the harm in giving away the information that keeps this site relevant, that members pay for and Garrett keeps afloat out of his own pocket?

I'm not privy to the info on the pay side. But if its anything like the old RSS then it's mostly regurgitated information with a few sprinkles of "true insiders" info. I don't know if Dittman is stealing from that side or just snagging bits and pieces from this side.

Do I see harm? Not really, I doubt it's costing anyone anything at all. Is it dishonest and cowardly to claim it as his own? For sure. Is it worth getting bent about? No!

If its a true copyright issue than Garrett certainly will take care of it on his own I would assume.
