NGL, those last two games of the season had me on the fucking brink.

But Rhule firing bitches and making two bad ass, big boy hires… yow-weee I’m so fucking N!!

One of the best OL coaches in the country, and probably the hottest young up and coming DC out there.

I have heard some question the DC hire. These people are retarded. Numbers don’t lie. This cat took SDSU from one of the worst defenses in literally every category to one of the best in literally every category. In one season. And is San Diego fucking state, it’s not like they bought a roster in the portal.

Go look at the redzone efficiency numbers this guy put up. Our biggest weakness on defense. Addressed instantly. On top of his defense being ELITE pretty much everywhere.

Guys, things are looking up here. Bigly. Took a little longer to decide to play big boy football than it probably should have, but I truly believe we are getting there. Schedule is tough next year. But I’m calling it now - we beat either Ohio State, Indiana or Oregon next year and find ourselves squarely in the playoff discussion on selection Sunday.

Happy endings are upon us...

Absolutely my man.

I was tested there between Penn State and Cockeye. Rough couple weeks. But I’m fully back on the HES train.

I truly believe these two guys will make a huge impact day one on our weakest areas on each side of the ball (OL play, redzone defense).

And the DC has elite all around written all over him.

I have liked both hires so far, but we gotta trend carefully from "don't buy the bullshit" to "offseason champs" again.

While Cignetti proved X's and O's win games, Texas Tech has proved that Jimmy and Joes can also win games.

And right now, we still have, even with the new additions, coaches that may not be great at X's and O's while we clearly need more Jimmy and Joes. Which all in all, can lead to only more disappointment.

DIve fully in — the water's great!

We likely will be some sort of combination of Indiana and Texas Tech. We don't quite have the money of Texas Tech, but we also certainly aren't poor. We will certainly upgrade personnel this off-season. And we just made huge upgrades with the X's and O's.

We have bought false-hype for so many years — I understand the hesitancy. But this isn't a Mike Riley or Scott Frost led team anymore. This is Matt Rhule's team. And he is showing that he is willing to do what it takes to win at a high level.

I didn’t know Cav was a Lions fan

I haven't looked into the new hires yet as I'm in basketball mode. We'll see on defense, if it's an attacking aggressive style which I've been told it will be I'll be happy. The OL hire, yea I that seems like a good hire. However, I'm going to point out that hiring Geep means Rhule will not be changing his offensive philosophy at all. I'm not very thrilled about that.
