Michigan and OSU? I would say those two plus Oregon are up there too. Maybe USC? Ole Miss is a pretty poor program and State yet they’re paying their starting DL $1mm+ each. Also there is no cap to NIL. The $40mm rev share plus NIL yearly is the guesstimate as to what the top 5-10 are spending.

There is no limit on NIL. The $40mm is an aspirational and assumed top end amount per year.
