I'm sick of turnover in the staff too. Kirk has been there a million years and all we do is talk shit about Cockeye and they're now 10/11. Difference is Kirk doesn't pander to these little diva 18-20 year olds.

Very obvious (as it was from the start and the previous coaching staffs) that you can't hire inexperienced assistants.

He gets the money, the resources, and we still are struggling to be a mediocre program. We don't win games against evenly matched teams, lose to teams worse than us, and have no shot against ranked teams. IDGAF about close losses, you can hire Scott Frost for that shit.

This was a gift of a schedule and his opportunity to turn things around and he fucked it.
