I am very concerned about their run game and offensive line against our run defense and defensive line. NU gives up 4.7 ypc this year and Singleton/Allen will be the best backs we’ve seen since Michigan IMO. Plus. The strength of PSUs line is the interior, which is not ideal for us with how poor the DT and ILB play has been this year.

Very much hope I’m wrong on the prediction front, but it’s extremely easy to envision the scenario discussed on the pod playing out, where NU winds up having to play from behind and passing a bit more than we want to from traditional drop back pass game and Dennis-Sutton and those edge guys consistently wind up in disadvantageous situations for us in pass rush against our tackles. Combine that with them likely running 45+ times against us and it’s going to be pretty interesting to watch unfold.

I wouldn't panic, that's almost twice as many points as we put up against Minnesota (DR took the snaps in that one)

I don't disagree, I don't like this one bit.

If it's me, I'm leaving all my defensive backs on an island and selling out to stop the run.

If they have drives where they don't even need to pass, we're in a lot of trouble.

On the season though, they are stats are almost identical to ours. But I think they played a tougher schedule...
