Other games 2025

First positions in pee wee were fullback and linebacker so he wore 47, said he kept it because it helps him keep that mentality or something like that, he also said he knows it makes him stand out so that doesn’t hurt
I was thinkin 47th Infintry Bush

I was watching the game last night and while Allar is slightly more mobile, it think Raiola is a legit better passer. Maybe it’s the homer in me, but I think he could be the most underrated QB in CFB

He (DR) is definitely the least talked about QB with top 10-20 stats. Just keep doing what he’s been doing and beat either USC and/or PSU and they will. But you’re right, he’s really flying under the radar nationally, especially for a former #1 overall recruit.

Weird how Kansas has long passes against Cincinnati.

Cincy couldn't play a 3 high safety look vs KU for a few reasons:

1. Corleone was hurt and couldn't play. It's easy to dare teams to run the ball when you have the best run stuffer in college football. Without him, that would be stupid.

2. The Bearcats knew they could control the clock and score vs KU with a bunch of balance. I don't believe they felt confident about that vs. Nebraska. So they thought they had to limit Nebraska's quick score ability with the 3 high safeties, forcing Nebraska to drive the field.

3. You can't defend Jalon Daniel with only 6 dudes in the box. This meant less help on the back end and more man help vs their receivers. Hell, Liepold spotted this right away. They had two big TD receptions off of play action RPO fakes.

I realize Oregon football has more money than many third-world countries, but man I wish we had the money to buy portal OL like them. 60% of their OL is portal and they are GOOD.

Reputation also helps. Nebraska offered the same amount to Isaiah Likely as Oregon. What amount would've overcome that Reputation? 50% more? 100%?

I don't know. Probably will need to overpay before until they can consistently win 9+.

Been saying this for 2-3 years. We currently do not have a great history of winning championships and/or putting guys in the league. Overpay when you have to win these uphill recruiting/transfer battles. Hopefully then start winning some games that matter and start getting some players drafted in the first 3 rounds. And then, maybe then you can pull some talent for a few 100k less than the next guy/team.

Until then we need to accept it might cost us 1.5 million to get a guy OSU can get for a million. We put ourselves in this position, but if we can find the funds we can spend our way out, AKA Texas tech.

Honestly I'm ok with that right now. If he was being talked about it would be nothing but Mohomes yap yap yap...Mahomes yap yap yap ad nauseum.

Jimari Butler made a big mistake, IMO, transferring to LSU where he is 2nd string.

This is a guy that Rhule regularly praised for doing things the right way and also playing through pain. The coaches respected him and the fans liked him. He would be starting here. He would be the captain of the DL. Why leave that situation?

And I'm supposed to believe that LSU is paying him better money than what Nebraska was offering and they are paying him to be a back up???
