I've gotten pics from a couple of folks that were stuck for a while at Mound City because of the Construction. Thinking of just hitting Highway 75 at Nebraska City and then cutting over at Highway 36. 25 minutes longer normally, but if you're waiting 30 minutes in Construction, probably worth it.
