Sign Up Now!I accidentally did once too - not when my grandpa died, but after I said goodbye to him in person for what we both knew was the last time. That was rough.I've cried in front of my wife and daughters...they don't treat me any differently. Vulnerability is real and relates, at least for me, back to a trust thing with my daughters.
Click bait actually used to mean something specific. "You won't believe who's #1" or "Doctors HATE him!".My thought is this is fucking stupid click bait.
Thank you for the first meaningful contribution to the threadMatt's basically responding to the comments from the women trying to make it into a thing that men should be weepy & emotional in a regular way, and those chicks trying to hijack Archie's vulnerable moment (when he is clearly not a dude who goes around sobbing over every little thing) & leverage it into some feminist nonsense.
In that, I generally agree with his premise, but it's kinda clumsily presented.
Archie's moment resonated because it was obviously genuine, about something that should deeply matter to a man, & also clearly rare from him.
He's big meanieMatt Walsh is widely known as a faggot. Disregard any of this bullshit
And he's literally been caught on Grindr multiple times lolHe's big meanie
Hadn't heard that but I would love to know if that's actually true lolAnd he's literally been caught on Grindr multiple times lol
Correct. Women will treat you different if you make a habit of crying. Women are attracted to physically and emotionally strong men.I accidentally did once too - not when my grandpa died, but after I said goodbye to him in person for what we both knew was the last time. That was rough.
Most women absolutely will treat you differently for crying, although I think it's not a huge deal if it's quick and only in the rarest of extreme circumstances. Definitely don't want to make a habit out of it.
Next month makes 8 years of marriage. Been back together for 10 years though. Only time I've really legit cried in front of my wife was last year at the vet when we put my dog down. Some situation tears at funerals, sure, but never legit real cried until last year.I accidentally did once too - not when my grandpa died, but after I said goodbye to him in person for what we both knew was the last time. I'm similar (going on 13 total). Was fine at our wedding (was shocked to learn some men cry at their wedding), the various funerals, my dog dying, and even my grandpa passing, but saying goodbye to him knowing it was the last time I'd see him alive was just brutal. That one got me.Next month makes 8 years of marriage. Been back together for 10 years though. Only time I've really legit cried in front of my wife was last year at the vet when we put my dog down.
