OT: Mobland

Anyone watch Tom Hardy's "Taboo" (2017) probably not for everyone but I thought it was pretty good. I saw the other day there going to finally have a season 2.

I wondered about that. Enjoyed the first season, but like you said it’s not for everyone. Not sure why it took damned near ten years to get to season 2.

Sounds like it was delayed from the pandemic and then just kept being put on the back burner with all their other projects. Hopefully it will be good if they actually do get around to doing it.

I just watched it a few days ago. I kept seeing clips of it every once and awhile. But when this came out I decided to finally sit down and watch it.

I'm still pretty sure Maeve was behind the bombing and Conrad is covering for her. But is there going to be an internal war between the Harrigans?
It's all on Harry with fued. Will he stay loyal or choose others?

I think Kev is going to blow a gasket and do something really stupid.

You know how you're not cut out for the gangster business?? you piss yourself when confronted with death instead of fighting.

Maeve's character is becoming unwatchable. I'm starting to lose interest after watching the most recent episode today.
I’m still going to watch it it agree with you 100%

How the fuck can’t Conrad see she’s playing both sides? He’s not a good boss. She should be strung up by her pubes, may the fleas of 1,000 camels infest her cunt. She’s the one that got Brandon killed…no one else.

3 episodes left hopefully they don't ruin it after a promising start. The new characters seem interesting. But most of the women are a bunch of dumb c***s that Harry has to go around and fix all their bullshit.

Conard already doesn't trust her, Maeve is going to point the finger at her to cover herself. And now the daughter is hooking up with crazy Eddie. Harry never seems to catch a break.

Something tells me that Harry has been one step ahead of everybody this entire time.

He made a call that got the most powerful drug lord in the world to stop killing someone. How does he know that person and how is he in a position to ask for such a favor?

Further, do you remember that they said Archie was the only one with the connections for fentanyl? Well if Harry made the call to someone who made the call to Jamie and pretty much told him to stop killing someone wouldn’t he have deeper connections than Archie on that side?

A huge storyline with Harry opened up at the end of the episode.

Kevin/King Viserys's (can't seem to control his women in this series either 🤣) wife’s subplot with her father seems kind of unnecessary and forced at this point. I guess will have to wait and see how that all turns out.

Definitely a lot more going on with Harry than it seems.

Yeah Bella is trouble. Harry bails her out and she goes right back into the lion’s den
