Competition is good, but man, John Hohl was good last year. 10-15, two were blocked, at least one more was a bad snap and unkickable. I'm not saying you hand Hohl the job and don't bring in Cunanan, but I would think Hohl is the heavy favorite still, no?

The he should go out and win the job and this kid can do his construction management degree. I agree that Hohl actually came around last year and was pretty good, but there should be pressure at basically every position. It’s not like he’s Alex Henery for Pete’s sake

Hohl missed most of the spring with a quad injury and according to Dean, Alvano was on a pitch-count all spring recovering from his groin surgery, Nico is also gone now.
Probably just wanted some insurance in case Hohl or Alvano couldn't go in the fall.
