Already one price cut. He’ll be lucky to get what he paid for it.. maybe a fan boy will bail him out

He will get close to that, but it's not worth that. Lincoln's inventory for that price range in East or South Lincoln is so limited houses are overpriced.

It kills me this is nearly a half million dollar backyard in these areas.

That was my first thought when I saw those pictures. Come on Tommy, take some pride in your yard man... It's bad enough that you've got no landscaping back there, but that grass... Yikes!
 
No, he was offensive coordinator for 2 seasons and let go after the 2023 season. He was a bad fit for coaching high school kids. Ran a lot of kids out the program.

Ah, that's right. Didn't they bring in a bunch of ex-Husker players to be on that staff? I'm guessing it didn't work out for any of them.
 
Closing on our house tomorrow. Listed for $590k got it for $560k. In our experience right now, move-in ready houses in good school districts are selling within 2 weeks for above-asking, and everything else is sitting for a month or more.

Him and Alonzo Moore were only Huskers, but a few other associated with them with the Malone Panther's youth football program.

Zo coached last year, unknown if he returns next fall because of family.
