I don't know, but I imagine it would be a smart investment for some local advertisement.

I also think there are some rules about those fringe business (alcohol, tobacco, etc...) I just don't know the rules.

The person I know who went said they ran out of food early on and were totally unprepared

I had a blast. The whole experience was awesome. I didn't eat, so I can't speak to the food part but they definitely ran out of beer a couple places. Don't think they were anticipating people drinking like they did.

Was just what I'd heard. A kid near where my buddy was bought a bunch of runzas at the beginning of the concert, held on to them, and sold them to drunk people around him for $20 towards the end of the concert lol.

I was in Lincoln a few weeks ago for the first time in a years and had the opportunity to drive around town for awhile
