Crazy to think, but assuming Minnesota loses another game (Cockeye at home next.. end the year @ Ohio State and @ Wisconsin so very likely), we control our own destiny starting next weekend.

Things could get really fun the next few weeks if we keep getting incrementally better day by day and week by week

Yeah there's isn't much easier than ours this year. Rutgers vs Maryland only difference. I'm not sure who wins the Rutgers vs Maryland matchup at this point.

Yeah their schedule was a joke this year. They dodged Michigan and Ohio State again like they did in 2021, 2020, 2018, 2015, 2014.

They get a great draw every year and refuse to play anybody out of conference other than Cockeye state.

it’s becuz there’s no fixed schedule rotation. big ten added that shit with the new expansion but fox has just been picking the schedules to max ratings/profits.

Cockeye has the benefit of being in a sweet spot where fox only gets 3 crossovers & the big ten doesn’t want to stack tOSU/Michigan’s schedules to hurt THE GAME or CFP chances. Cockeye is worse in ratings than Nebraska & Wisky but tough enough that NW/Illinois/Purdue/Minny usually get their heads on the chopping block. Cockeye only played tOSU twice to Nebraska’s 8 in an 11 year span, Wisky was 5, NW 5

I think Illinois is better than we think. They may give Cockeye a game but yeah that's a pretty easy schedule. Imagine that.🤦

Yeah we basically tried to hand Illinois the win nonstop for the entire game and they still couldn’t take it
