Makes no sense that a phrase that common could be trademarked. I'd ask @KidsSeeGhosts but he's not answering my questions today.

@God is a Husker know? Any other attorneys with any trademark knowledge?

On a side note i heard patent/trademark attys be crushing it.

Well the patent bar is its own separate thing and you have to have your Bachelors in dorky something before law school and then in law school take all of those classes to even be allowed to sit for the parent bar.

I don’t know how (or why) you would attempt to trademark a phrase like that. There has to be little to no provable monetized value.

Let alone the issue of attempting to claim rights to a series of common words of a phrase that is essentially just saying “cause and effect” but with the word Fuck thrown into it for more ebonic effect.
